When: Wednesday Mornings beginning June 19th, 2013. 

Instructor: Kip Flock

Cost: $15 per session or become a member. First class is free, and no registration is required.

Introducing CSA pickups at the IYCPA! Enjoy fresh foods from local farms supplied by farmers from Penns and Brush Valleys and delivered to the Integral Yoga Center in New Berlin this June-October, 2013.

Your choice of produce, dairy products, eggs, bread, herbs, coffee, fruits and berries, meats, and more!
